We reserve the right to request that you remove or edit links to our content or the Apricot Site.

To the extent permitted by law, Apricot shall not be held liable for any loss caused by your use of the Apricot Site, nor shall Apricot be held responsible for any loss arising from your sharing of the Apricot Site or content thereof. External websites to which the Apricot Site provides you with access are not under our control, and Apricot accepts no responsibility for their content.

Such changes will be made at our sole discretion, and they will come into force from the moment they are published on the Apricot Site. Governing Law

Apricot’s Website Terms and Conditions are governed by English law under the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
